The Restaurant

At our restaurant you will taste the most exquisite, delicious and mouth-watering dishes prepared especially for you by our best chefs. From Vietnamese food to western dishes, you can tantalise your taste buds with a different delicious meal every day.

Please Note: At the moment, due to reopening after covid closure, the reastaurant use is limited. We are, of course, providing a breakfast to suit all tastes, from fried rice and noodles, to muesli and yoghurt, fresh fruits, eggs and bread, but the restaurant is currently unavailable for lunch and dinner. We are sorry for the inconvenience. We hope this will change soon.

The Gallery Restaurant

Whether you are looking for a classic Vietnamese Pho in the main restaurant, a quick burger by the pool, or a relaxing sandwich in your room, you will find every dish created with the same expertise, enthusiasm and love by our experienced and talented chefs.

In the morning the restaurant provides a buffet breakfast from 6:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. which offers a wide selection of Asian and western options to set you up for the day.

From lunch through to dinner you can take advantage of our delicious a la carte menu designed and created by our vastly experienced head chef. From Vietnamese starters to mains, classic western entrees and even some tasty vegan options, there really is something for everyone.

Hoi An White Rose

A very popular and famous dish in Hoi An. Pork and mushroom dumplings served with a sweet & sour fish sauce

With beef, chicken or vegetables and Served with garden herbs, beansprouts, basil, Hoi An chili

Local scallops, prawns, calamari, osyter, and seasoned fish with steamed rice

Noodle Curry

Carrot, taro, potato, tofu, shiitake, soysauce, and chili with fresh rice noodles

Braised Eggplant in Clay Pot

Eggplant ,Lemongrass, Hội An chili sauce, soy sauce, chili and shallots, served with steamed rice

Cooked King Mushroom

Poolside Restaurant

If you find yourself hungry but don’t want to leave the poolside, then order from our pool menu and eat your food without leaving your lounger
